4. Our Fees Includes

All Process Serving fees include: 

  • Up to 3 service attempts, unless otherwise agreed and instructed by you. 
  • The preparation and provision of an Affidavit of Service.

5. Our Fees Includes

A $30 administration fee may apply where a matter is cancelled after work has commenced or a server has been dispatched.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Delays or additional charges may apply where incorrect addresses, outdated details, or insufficient information are supplied by the instructing client.

7. Affidavit of Service

Affidavits are issued after completion of service/matter and may be delayed where further information or court-compliant amendments are required.

8. Non-Guarantee of Service

By engaging iServe Pty Ltd, you acknowledge that fees charged are for attendance and attempted service, and that successful service cannot be guaranteed.

9. Changes, Limitations and Cancellations to Services and Pricing

Prices and services may be changed, updated, or discontinued at any time without notice.

We accept no responsibility or liability to you or any other party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services. 

We reserve the right to limit the availability or quantity of our services and to refuse or restrict services to certain individuals, locations, or circumstances at our discretion. This discretion may be applied individually depending on the specific situation.

If we modify, suspend, or cancel a service, we may contact you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided when the instructions were submitted.
